Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our Children in Care Team, providing critical support and guidance to children and young people in care.

Your primary focus will be on building meaningful relationships with vulnerable individuals, their families, and carers, and developing effective care plans that prioritize their needs and well-being.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate excellent communication and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with multi-agency teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective care plans
  • Collaborate with multi-agency teams to ensure best interests of children
  • Build strong relationships with young people, families, and carers

Requirements:

  • Qualification as a Registered Social Worker
  • Experience working with looked-after children
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
