Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Full-Time Adults Service Social Worker to join our team on a locum contract. As an Adult Services Social Worker, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to vulnerable adults in need of assistance.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive support is provided.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to empower individuals to achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

Skills and Qualifications:
- A degree or equivalent in social work from a recognized institution.
- Current registration with Social Work England as a qualified social worker.
- Significant frontline experience working in Adult Services within the UK.
