Job Title: Personal Secretary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Secretary to join our team at NHS Fife.

About the Role:

  • Provide a comprehensive secretarial and administrative service to our Service Managers.
  • Work in a busy office environment, providing a dedicated service to an individual or team.
  • Utilize excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of all Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
  • Apply knowledge and understanding of common office practices, including minute taking and audio/copy typing.
  • Contribute to a flexible and motivated team environment, working independently or collaboratively as required.
  • Ensure a level of English language competency and communication skills necessary to perform this role safely and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in a secretarial and administrative post.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of all Microsoft packages.
  • Knowledge and understanding of common office practices.
  • Ability to work in a busy office environment.
