Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Secretary to join our team at NHS Fife.
About the Role:
- Provide a comprehensive secretarial and administrative service to our Service Managers.
- Work in a busy office environment, providing a dedicated service to an individual or team.
- Utilize excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality results.
- Develop and maintain a working knowledge of all Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
- Apply knowledge and understanding of common office practices, including minute taking and audio/copy typing.
- Contribute to a flexible and motivated team environment, working independently or collaboratively as required.
- Ensure a level of English language competency and communication skills necessary to perform this role safely and effectively.
Requirements:
- Significant experience in a secretarial and administrative post.
- Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of all Microsoft packages.
- Knowledge and understanding of common office practices.
- Ability to work in a busy office environment.
