The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Senior Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of secretarial and administrative duties, ensuring the smooth running of the office.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Senior Manager, including diary management, correspondence, and data entry.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and databases.
- Develop and implement effective administrative systems and processes.
- Communicate effectively with staff at all levels, including senior management and external stakeholders.
- Work under pressure to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
Requirements
- Self-motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a secretarial or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and database systems.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
