Pension Administrator Role

We are seeking a skilled Pension Administrator to join our team at the Pension Protection Fund. As a key member of our pension administration team, you will play a vital role in delivering high levels of customer service to our members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a courteous, friendly, and efficient compliant service to our members, ensuring their needs are met and their queries are resolved promptly.
  • Review and process live and pending work, ensuring Service Level Agreements are met and providing support where necessary.
  • Support and answer telephone queries, adhering to relevant policies and legislative requirements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in pension administration, specifically in defined benefit (DB) or defined contribution (DC) pension schemes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with members and colleagues.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
