About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Pension Administrator to join our team at the Pension Protection Fund. As a Pension Administrator, you will play a crucial role in delivering high levels of customer service to our members, ensuring their needs are met in a courteous, friendly, and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

We are looking for individuals with proven experience in Pension Administration, particularly in Defined Benefit (DB) or Defined Contribution (DC) pension schemes. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. Additionally, you will have good organisational and time management skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
