About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Pension Administrator to join our team at the Pension Protection Fund (PPF). As a Pension Administrator, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality customer service to our members, ensuring their needs are met in a courteous, friendly, and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and answer telephone queries, adhering to relevant policies and legislative requirements.
  • Provide a compliant service to our members, putting their needs at the heart of everything you do.
  • Work collaboratively with our pension administration teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements

We are looking for individuals with proven Pension Administration experience of Defined Benefit (DB) or Defined Contribution (DC) pension schemes. You will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
