Rocasa Consulting is seeking an experienced Receptionist / Administrator to join our team in a large social housing hostel. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach and be able to handle a variety of tasks.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, visitors, and the general public
  • Deal with problems and queries as they arise, using effective communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Keep accurate records of bookings and payments, using a range of administrative software
  • Manage cash handling and banking procedures, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a reception or administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of administrative software
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
