Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Office Administrator and Receptionist. This part-time role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communication and Reception: Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate contacts in a timely and professional manner, and greet and assist visitors while maintaining accurate visitor records.
  • Administrative Support: Manage and process incoming and outgoing mail, distributing it efficiently to the relevant team members, and provide comprehensive administrative support to the wider team.
  • Meeting and Event Coordination: Ensure meeting rooms are fully prepared with necessary documents, equipment, and refreshments, and coordinate and organize travel arrangements for senior staff members, ensuring all details are accurately communicated.
  • Inventory and Supplies: Maintain office inventory and place orders for office supplies as required.
Requirements:
  • Independence and Initiative: Ability to work independently using own initiative and high attention to detail.
  • Organizational Skills: Organized and capable of working to deadlines, able to efficiently prioritize tasks.
  • Experience and IT Skills: Previous experience in a similar position and confident IT user with experience using Microsoft Suite.
