Key Responsibilities

The CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE (B2B) will be responsible for:
  • Managing client enquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently
  • Processing B2B orders accurately and within deadlines
  • Coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment
  • Providing customers with product information and technical support
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions
