We are seeking an experienced Resident Experience Manager to join our team at St Lukes in Leeds. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the wellbeing and quality of life for our residents is maintained.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement resident-centered activities that enhance social, emotional, and physical wellbeing

- Support residents to maintain strong connections with family and friends

- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality care and support is provided

- Lead by example and demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional care and support

**Requirements:**

- 2+ years of experience in care or a related field

- Strong leadership and management skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Passion for delivering exceptional care and support
