Care Home Deputy Manager

**About the Role**
A competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum is just one of the ways Barchester Healthcare will reward you in this role.
As a Senior Care Professional with clinical leadership responsibilities, you'll support the delivery of high-quality care at one of our care homes. Working closely with the General Manager and taking on leadership duties in their absence, you can expect to help with everything from ensuring care standards to motivating your team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example and monitor standards through regular audits, supervised clinical practice, and regulatory compliance checks.
- Develop and deliver strategies to achieve goals and improve resident care.
- Mentor and support newly qualified nurses through preceptorship.
About You
To join us as a Senior Care Professional with clinical leadership responsibilities, you'll need to be a Registered Nurse (RN/RMN) with current NMC registration, teaching/mentoring/supervision qualifications, and experience in managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments.
