Night Care Specialist Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and caring Registered Nurse to join our team as a Night Care Specialist. This role involves providing exceptional patient care and support to our residents during the night shift, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality patient care and support during the night shift
- Assessing and addressing the needs of our residents, including medication administration and monitoring vital signs
- Collaborating with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Communicating effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
Requirements:
- Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
- Active NMC registration
- Experience working in a care home setting
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
