Residential Care Services Supervisor

About the Position
As a Luxury Home Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that high standards and customer satisfaction are delivered at all times. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to take on a new challenge and make a real difference in the lives of our residents.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the home's budgets, ensuring that departments use nominated suppliers.
- Train and manage team members in conjunction with the General Manager, ensuring that performance standards are understood and maintained.
- Work closely with the Head Chef to achieve a quality catering service that is value for money.
- Support the dining areas at meal times, ensuring that the highest standards are met.
- Attend evening and weekend functions to facilitate a quality service to residents and guests.
- Ensure that the whole home team are appropriately trained and customer service standards are met at all times.
Requirements
You will require a background in hotel or catering management, a knowledge of budget control and purchasing, auditing of environment, food preparation and presentation. Excellent communication skills are also essential when dealing with team members, residents and family members.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £16.09 per hour, plus company benefits and a chance to work for a Top 20 Rated Care Home Group.
