About the Role

You will work independently, using your advanced clinical skills to make decisions about resident care. Your strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with colleagues will enable you to provide effective leadership and support to the team.

Main Duties of the Job
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' physical, psychological, and social needs
  • Diagnose and treat a range of health conditions, including acute illnesses and chronic diseases
  • Prescribe medications and treatments as necessary

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in nursing theory and practice, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be committed to ongoing learning and professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and research.
