Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement nutritional meal plans that cater to diverse tastes and dietary needs.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure that all residents receive well-balanced meals that meet their nutritional requirements.
  • Maintain exceptional standards of kitchen hygiene and safety, adhering to HACCP guidelines.
Requirements
  • A deep understanding of nutrition and its application in care settings.
  • Hold a relevant culinary qualification, such as City & Guilds/NVQ/SVQ.
  • Proven experience in managing a kitchen team, driving positive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work effectively with healthcare professionals to deliver personalized care.
