Job Responsibilities
  • Help manage the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence
  • Work fresh produce to deliver high-quality and wholesome dishes cooked at the highest quality and standards
  • Help create a warm, efficient, and fun environment
  • Work within budget
  • Complete regular audits
  • Manage stock control
  • Assist in leading and motivating a team

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of nutrition, experience working with fresh seasonal food, and a strong grasp of HACCP. We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including opportunities for career growth and development.
