HR Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and organized HR Administration Assistant to join our team at Acorn by Synergie. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide administrative support to our HR team, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including preparing job descriptions, posting job ads, and coordinating interviews.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee data, including personnel files and benefits information.
- Provide excellent customer service to employees and management, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Proven administrative experience, preferably in an HR or recruitment environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
