Job Title: HR Administration Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and organized HR Administration Assistant to join our team at Acorn by Synergie. As a key member of our HR team, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our human resources functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including preparing job descriptions, posting job ads, and coordinating interviews.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee data, including personnel files and benefits information.
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees and management, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Proven administrative experience, preferably in an HR or recruitment environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
