HR Administrator Role

We are seeking a skilled HR Administrator to join our team at Rubicon People Partnership. As an HR Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR department with various administrative tasks and recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organizing and maintaining personnel records
  • Completing DBS and right-to-work checks
  • Leading and supporting staff recruitment processes, including managing applications, shortlisting, scheduling, and conducting interviews
  • Preparing offers, contracts of employment, and collecting necessary documentation
  • Conducting new starter inductions, covering Health & Safety and HR documentation
Requirements:
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Ability to display empathy and sensitivity in dealing with personnel matters
