CMA Recruitment Group is assisting a professional business in Dorset to find an HR Administrator on a full-time, permanent basis.

This role involves supporting the HR Team in delivering a HR service to the company, advocating for best practices across all functions while maintaining confidentiality.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Generalist HR Administration, including managing the HR inbox
  2. Assisting with HR reporting, including headcount and sickness absence
  3. Ensuring the HR Database is accurate and up-to-date
  4. Managing the onboarding process for new starters
  5. Dealing with employee queries
  6. Assisting with ad-hoc HR project work

The ideal candidate will have experience in a HR Administrative role and possess strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.

CIPD Level 3 support is offered, and the role is office-based with flexibility considered after training.
