Key Responsibilities:

* Recruitment Administration: Assist with preparing offer letters, references, Statements of Terms and Conditions, and other employee letters.
* Resignation Processing: Prepare and issue acceptance of resignation letters.
* Leave and Query Management: Administer holiday bookings and respond to employee queries through the HR system.
* HR Documentation: Update and maintain various HR documents and templates.
* Personnel Files: Create and maintain both paper and electronic personnel files.
* New Starters: Support HR with inductions and new employee procedures.

Personal Responsibilities:

* Maintain strict confidentiality of all client and employee information.
* Be positive and proactive when interacting with colleagues and clients.
