Job Title: Global Business Continuity Director
About the Role:
The Barclay Simpson team is seeking an experienced Global Business Continuity Director to join our organization. As a senior management professional, you will be responsible for enhancing the Business Continuity Management (BCM) capabilities and function of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and plans to ensure business continuity
- Manage the BCM program globally, including risk assessments and crisis communication planning
- Collaborate with ICT teams to perform horizon scanning and identify potential risks
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with ISO 22301 standards
- Lead a small team of professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure the success of the BCM program
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in Business Continuity Management, with a proven track record of success
- Regional or global experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
