Family Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Family Support Specialist to join our team at G4S Care and Rehabilitation Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality family support services to prisoners and their families.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the Family and Significant Others agenda and experience in delivering great customer services. They will also possess strong communication skills and be able to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering high-quality support to prisoners and their families through our family support and prisoner support helplines.
- Providing 1-2-1 support to prisoners on family-related matters.
- Supporting prisoners through domestic visit processes.
- Ensuring accurate sharing of information between the secure environment, offender's families, and the community as appropriate.
The successful candidate will be required to undergo training as deemed appropriate to the position and assist in daily, weekly, and monthly collation of all relevant data for the purpose of monthly returns/KPIs/KPTs.
Salary: £23,861.00 per annum pro rata.
