We Manage Jobs(WMJobs) is seeking a skilled and ambitious Family Hub Development Specialist to join our dynamic team in Wolverhampton. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in developing innovative Family Hub provision across the City.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with families from diverse backgrounds. You will be responsible for providing a supporting role in meeting the Statutory Duties of the Childcare Act 2006, with a specific focus on The Family Hub offer.

Key responsibilities include promoting personal independence, self-help agenda, and equality in service provision. You will also proactively promote activities and groups for families to attend Family Hubs, ensuring services are suited to families' needs.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,584 - £27,269 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in improving outcomes for children and families.

This position requires an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
