Meaningful Work as a Live-In Care Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team of live-in care specialists at Oxford Aunts. As a Companionship and Support Specialist, you will provide personal care and support to individuals in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on professional care experience, be eligible to work in the UK, and be flexible to travel to client placements. You will need to commit to living with your client for a minimum of 10-12 weeks at a time, although many of our Carers choose to stay in their placements for longer periods before having an extended break.

You will be rewarded with a competitive salary of up to £141 per day, generous rest time, and a welcoming community of colleagues. We offer free induction training, ongoing development opportunities, and local 24/7 support from our experienced team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide companionship and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assist with personal care, domestic tasks, and housekeeping
  • Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families
