Key Responsibilities:
Website Management:
- Front-End and Back-End Development: Develop, maintain, and enhance multiple websites, including e-commerce platforms, to meet business objectives.
IT Infrastructure:
- General IT Support: Oversee all company IT equipment, including computers, printers, mobile devices, and networking, to ensure optimal performance.
- Software Management: Integrate tools like Google Workspace and Zoho CRM to streamline business operations and improve efficiency.
Collaboration:
- Cross-Departmental Coordination: Work closely with teams like Marketing to implement IT solutions that align with business goals and objectives.
- External Liaison: Serve as the primary contact for external developers managing bespoke systems, such as our EPoS system.
Future Growth:
