The Junior Adventures Group is a leading provider of children's wraparound care. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Club Manager to join our team.
SalaryWe offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional hours paid for planning and preparation.
Job DescriptionThis role involves managing our Breakfast and After School Clubs, ensuring effective communication between the venue, team, parents, and Central Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing inclusive, fun, and engaging care for our children while inspiring them to explore their interests. This includes planning, supervising, and delivering planned activities with structure and enthusiasm.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Management and team leading experience
- Paediatric First Aid qualification (training provided)
- SEN experience desirable but not essential
