We are seeking a Weekend Site Coordinator to join our team at Folkestone Girls' School. As a member of our site team, you will undertake key roles and responsibilities including security, cleaning of premises, porterage, litter picking, and the handling of lettings.

This position is perfect for someone looking for a flexible weekend role that offers a great work-life balance. Working hours will be subject to variation to ensure continuity, with call-outs at weekends and unsociable hours necessary from time to time.

As a Weekend Site Coordinator, you will work under the direction of the school's Estates Director/Site Manager and contribute to maintaining a safe and secure environment for our students, staff, and visitors. You will also assist with the upkeep of the school premises, ensuring they remain clean and tidy at all times.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a supportive and collaborative environment. If you are a motivated and reliable individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you.

To be successful in this role, you must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong emphasis on communication and teamwork. You should also have a basic understanding of health and safety procedures and be able to follow instructions and guidance from senior colleagues.

The estimated salary for this role is around £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Please note that this is a part-time position, working approximately 16-20 hours per week over a Friday to Sunday schedule.
