Role Overview
In our quest for excellence, we are seeking a talented individual to join our Children and Families Social Work Team as a Social Work Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support services to children and families in need.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide social work services to children and families, including assessment, planning, and intervention.
- Develop and implement personalized plans to address the unique needs of each child and family.
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive support is provided.

Requirements
This post requires a strong understanding of child development and family dynamics. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with vulnerable individuals. A valid PVG scheme membership is essential.

What We Offer
We provide a competitive salary of £38,890 per annum, plus an employer's contribution of at least 19.3% to the Local Government pension scheme (LGPS). Additionally, you will receive 25 days annual leave, increasing by one day each year up to 35 days, as well as 8 fixed public holidays. Our employee wellbeing supports include occupational health and counselling if needed.
