Medical Secretary Assistant Job Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in the Haematology Department at Lincoln Hospital as a Medical Secretary Assistant. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who can provide exceptional support to Consultants and their teams.

Main Duties:
  • Organize daily administrative tasks for Consultants.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure seamless communication between teams.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Typing skills with Word/Text Processing experience.
  • Audiotyping experience with GCSE English Grade C or equivalent.
  • Audio skills to RSA II or equivalent, plus Business Admin NVQ II or equivalent.
Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is £27,000-£32,000 per annum, depending on experience. The NHS offers a generous benefits package, including pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave.
