Cpl UK Healthcare is seeking an exceptional Children’s Residential Home Manager to lead and manage a dedicated care team, providing high-quality support to vulnerable children.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing home environment where each child can feel valued and supported.

  • Care Delivery: Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the emotional, educational, and social needs of the children.
  • Safeguarding: Ensure all safeguarding procedures are adhered to and that the home meets health and safety standards.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial management of the home, ensuring efficient use of resources.
What We're Looking For
  1. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a Children’s Residential Home setting.
  2. Extensive Ofsted experience.
  3. A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare.
  4. Strong knowledge of child protection and safeguarding regulations.
