Care Team Lead Specialist

Cpl UK Healthcare is looking for an exceptional Registered Children's Manager to lead our residential childcare team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the home, ensuring compliance with Ofsted standards and other regulatory requirements. This is a challenging yet rewarding role, offering the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable children.
Responsibilities:
• Leading and managing a dedicated care team to provide high-quality support for children and young people.
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the emotional, educational, and social needs of the children.
• Ensuring all safeguarding procedures are adhered to and that the home meets all health and safety standards.
Requirements:
• The ideal candidate must have extensive experience (no less than 1 year) in a Children's Residential Home setting.
• Extensive Ofsted experience.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare.
• Strong knowledge of child protection and safeguarding regulations.
