Job Summary
Sedgwick Claims Management Services Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the Colleague Resource Shared Services function for the Northern Hemisphere. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing various CR administrative and operational services, ensuring efficient and high-quality support across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the regional HR Shared Services strategy in partnership with the global CR organization's goals and business objectives.
- Manage and develop a high-performing regional Shared Services team to achieve CR Shared Services goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with senior CR leaders to ensure the Shared Services function supports broader CR initiatives and strategies.
- Communicate and facilitate long-term initiatives aligned with HR's strategic agenda.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A Master's degree or HR certification.
- Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role leading shared services or a similar function.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, including payroll, benefits administration, employee data management, and HR systems.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in relevant MS Office applications and HR technology platforms.
- Proven record of creative and analytical thinking and significant business acumen.
- Excellent management skills and ability to organize and plan effectively.
