About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Thorn Springs, a luxury care home in Dunstable, Bedfordshire. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with personal care activities, such as washing, dressing, and assisting with meals.
  • Deliver care that is tailored to each resident's individual needs, promoting their dignity and independence.
  • Participate in general activities within the care home, such as assisting with hobbies and interests.
  • Recognize and report any signs of potential abuse, harm, or neglect, and take appropriate action.
