About the Role

Central Bedfordshire Council's Community Reablement service is seeking an experienced manager or senior care worker to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with health and social care partners across an integrated care system to deliver a successful short-term therapy assessment and care program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective care and support plans to enable residents to live well in their own homes.
  • Work collaboratively with health and social care partners to design and deliver a social care crisis response model.
  • Lead and manage a team of care workers to provide high-quality care and support services.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulatory and safeguarding frameworks.
