About the Role

As a Senior Care Assistant at HC-One, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents. Your kindness and compassion will be at the core of everything you do, making a real difference in the lives of those in our care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement care plans that promote independence, dignity, and security for our residents.
  • Lead a team of Care Assistants, maintaining the highest standards of care and providing guidance and support when needed.
  • Develop strong relationships with residents and their families, ensuring personalized care plans are in place.
  • Assist the Registered Nurse and Care Manager in providing physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities.
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate records of your work.

Person Specification

  • S/NVQ or Diploma Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (desirable but not essential).
