We are passionate about delivering exceptional care to our residents, and we're looking for a Senior Care Assistant to join our team. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their dignity, security, and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Care Assistants and maintain the highest standards of care
  • Assist the Registered Nurse and Care Manager in providing physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate records of your work
  • Build strong relationships with residents and their families

Requirements:

  • Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Care or equivalent
  • Background in person-centered care planning and knowledge of caring for people with dementia
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
