Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Ridgeway Lodge in Dunstable. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their safety, dignity, and independence.

Main Responsibilities

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of Care Assistants to maintain the highest standards of care
  • Developing and implementing personalized care plans for residents
  • Providing essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities
  • Administering medication and maintaining accurate records
  • Building strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues

Person Specification

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • S/NVQ or Diploma Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (desirable but not essential)
  • Experience in a care setting (essential)
