We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at HC-One. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Care Assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans, working closely with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide essential physical and mental stimulation through a range of social and recreational activities, promoting independence and dignity.
- Administer medication, maintain accurate records, and ensure safeguarding procedures are followed.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care, responding to changing resident needs and priorities.
