About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Senior Care Assistant to join our team at HC One. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their dignity, security, and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Care Assistants and maintain the highest standards of care.
  • Assist the Registered Nurse and Care Manager in providing physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities.
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate records of your work.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Completed a Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Care or equivalent.
  • Background in person-centered care planning and knowledge of caring for people with dementia.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
