Care Team Leader for Residential Care Home

At HC-One, we are committed to providing the highest standard of care to our residents. We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team in Dunstable.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Care Assistants and ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care. This will involve planning and implementing individualised care plans, administering medication, and providing emotional support to our residents and their families.

We are looking for someone with a strong passion for delivering high-quality care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. A diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent experience is desirable but not essential.

As a Senior Care Assistant at HC-One, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents and their families. You will be working in a dynamic and supportive environment where your skills and experience will be valued and developed.
