About the Role

As a Senior Care Assistant at HC-One, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional care to our residents. With kindness at the heart of everything we do, you will be responsible for planning and implementing care that promotes security, dignity, and independence.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Care Assistants to maintain the highest standards of care
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of our residents
  • Assist the Registered Nurse and Care Manager in providing physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate records of your work

Person Specification

  • Desirable: S/NVQ or Diploma Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care
