Educational Assistant for SEND Pupils

This role offers a unique opportunity to support children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs (SEMH) and Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) in a dynamic and supportive environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe and inclusive learning space that caters to the diverse needs of each child.
About the Role:- Salary range of £475-500 per week, paid via PAYE, inclusive of Holiday Pay.
- Term time work only, allowing for valuable experience in SEND education.
- Collaborating with faculty, SENDCo, and SEN professionals to develop holistic support plans.
- Providing one-to-one and group support to children with SEMH needs.
- Ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all children.
- Degree-level qualification or relevant experience in a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations.
