SEND Education Assistant

We are looking for a motivated Teaching Assistant to join our team and provide support to pupils with special educational needs (SEN). As a SEND Education Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to develop and implement individualized plans to support pupils' learning and behaviour.
Responsibilities:- Assisting pupils with SEN in a school setting
- Collaborating with teachers to create personalized learning plans
- Communicating effectively with parents and carers about pupil progress

Requirements:- Previous experience working with pupils with SEN
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one
