Full Time Supervisor

Bubble CiTea is a dynamic and growing bubble tea brand, seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team in Brighton.

About the Role:

  • As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of bubble baristas to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high product quality.
  • You will work closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and safe store environment.
  • Key responsibilities include:
    • Leading team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high product quality
    • Ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues promptly
    • Managing inventory, stock handling, and cash handling procedures
    • Providing training and development opportunities for team members
    • Contributing to a positive and supportive team culture

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the food and beverage industry
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Legally eligible to work in the UK
  • Positive attitude, energy, and a 'can do' approach
