Care Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Field Care Supervisor to join our team at Advantage Healthcare. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our service users.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and support care workers in the field, providing guidance and instruction to ensure they meet the required standards of care.
- Conduct regular assessments and reviews of individual services to ensure our service users receive the best possible care.
- Collaborate with care coordinators to plan effective care worker rotas that meet the specific needs of our service users and the skills of our care workers.
- Monitor and evaluate care worker performance, providing feedback and support to improve their practice.
- Participate in multi-disciplinary reviews of service users' needs to provide comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Provide training and mentorship to new care workers to ensure they have the necessary skills and confidence to deliver exceptional care.
As a Field Care Supervisor, you will work closely with our care team to ensure the seamless delivery of care packages. You will also handle some office-based administrative tasks to support our care operations.
Requirements- Assessment Experience: Proven experience in conducting initial risk and needs assessments for individual service users.
- Collaborative Approach: Ability to work in partnership with service users, their families, carers, advocates, healthcare professionals, and others to ensure the delivery of comprehensive, holistic care packages.
