About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Care Supervisor to join our team at Cera Care. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support a team of carers to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality care.
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure client needs are met and care plans are up-to-date.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans that promote independence and dignity for our clients.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
  • Monitor and report on care quality, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Provide training and support to carers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Participate in audits and quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Engage with clients, carers, and other stakeholders to promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a care supervisory role, preferably in a technology-enabled care environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of care standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality care.
  • Good IT skills and ability to use technology to support care delivery.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
