Are you passionate about providing exceptional care to individuals with complex needs? HRS Healthcare is seeking dedicated professionals to join our team as Senior Care Support Supervisors. In this role, you will work closely with clients to ensure they receive the highest standard of care while enabling them to maintain their independence at home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct direct observations and competency assessments to ensure staff are delivering quality care.
- Perform regular appraisals and provide ongoing supervision to team members.
- Collaborate with the Nurse Manager to carry out comprehensive care needs and risk assessments.
- Engage in hands-on support with clients while overseeing staff meet and greets and new starter orientations.
- Identify staffing gaps and ensure that care standards are consistently upheld.
- Participate in team meetings and address any areas of concern regarding care practices.
Qualifications:
- A supervisory or coaching qualification, or a willingness to pursue an NVQ Level 3 in Supervision.
- Knowledge of specialized care techniques, including tracheostomy and ventilation support (extensive training will be provided).
- Experience working with individuals with complex care requirements.
- Community care experience is advantageous.
- A valid right to work in the UK and a clean UK driving license are essential.
