About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Field Care Supervisor to join our team at London Care Limited. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care support services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting Care Workers: Provide guidance and supervision to our care workers to ensure they meet the highest standards of care.
  • Assessment and Review: Conduct regular assessments and reviews of individual services to ensure our clients receive the best possible care.
  • Care Planning: Collaborate with care coordinators to develop effective care plans that meet the specific needs of our clients.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the performance of care workers to ensure they are delivering exceptional care.
  • Multi-Disciplinary Collaboration: Work with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to provide comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Training and Mentorship: Provide training and mentorship to new care workers to ensure they have the skills and confidence to deliver high-quality care.
